i bought white chestnut and some others but is there anybody who can take me how long itll take white chestnut to take effect? and how, how much and how often. thanks

There are many books on the use of Bach's flower remedies and fairly steadfast rules. Go back to where you bought it, unless it was online. You might be able to find something, but find an aromatherapist for the answer, don't guess.
