Was Kobayashi cheated?

Did anyone else notice this, Joey and Kobayashi were neck and neck going down the stretch, they both had 62 with like 3 seconds left, then they went to commercial, when they came back the official listing was joey chestnut, 66 Kobe, 60 i understand why they deducted kobe 2 dogs, but did Joey Chestnut really eat 4 hotdogs in 3 seconds?

Was Kobayashi cheated?
no way. i watched too and noticed that kobayashi's numbers changed the same way through out. chestnut had him, had him all the way! the score was 66 to 63. they get time to finish what is in their mouth and kobayahsi was not getting them down. he only lost by 3, not 6. the score they keep during the eating is unofficial anyway.
