What's the best shade of eyeliner for very dark ("chestnut") brown hair?

I also have:

~Very fair skin with neutral undertones

~Blue-gray-green eyes (they sort of change all the time)



I've always just figured the eyeliner should be black, since my lashes and eyebrows are so dark brown -- a little darker than my head hair. But recently I was thinking maybe I should be shooting for a black brown? Or even something else? Also, what about the mascara shade?

I too have dark brown hair and fair skin...I love to use different eyeliners. My favs are Forrest green %26amp; Plum
Reply:Yea, you might want to try blackbrown eyeliner. You can still use the black mascara though. That's how I wear it.

Reply:I have the exact eye color you do- and the effects of how they seem to change %26amp; people say I'm strange when I tell them my eye color changes (with my moods I do believe!) Do your's also change w/ your mood? Anyways- I like to wear black mascara, and I wear anything from black liner (under the lash line is where I wear mine) to a bright blue liner, I sort of try to color coordinate my eye make-up with my clothes!! And I put a dab of white eyeliner in the inner corners of my eyes and blend it very, very, lightly! I also curl my lashes twice- once before applying mascara and then when I am all done w/ reat of my face I curl them again and put a bit more mascara on %26amp; I love the look! Hope that this helps but wld u plz let me know about the moods/eyeclrs thing? If you have time!
