I am in Houston and Need these for a thanksgiving stuffing

Where can I find steamed chestnuts in a jar?
I happened to see them in the Health food store a few weeks ago!
Reply:Go to a supermarket that has lots of chinese imports %26amp; U will see CHESTNUTS IN CANS ,,,large cans soaked in liquid. This is good to use for chestnut stuffing %26amp; absolutely cheaper than other brands because China has frown this in abundance %26amp; is cooked in all sorts of foods in China.
Reply:Most likely in a specialty store. Here in Phoenix it's called - A.J.'s. or try a Safeway store. Look in the phone book and call.
