Which is the darker, more richer brown, chestnut or bark?

I am trying to pick out the color of placemats I want to buy and they have these crazy names, but no sample or picture of the two colors. Very frustrating! I want the deep, dark, rich brown. Thanks!

hm. Wikipedia lists "chestnut" among the reds:

And I found an item listed as being "bark" in color:

That looks like a very dark brown.



Are they returnable??? Does the company have any other items that are these colors which show color pictures?
Reply:Chestnut has more red in it, whereas bark has more rust in it. I would tend to lean towards chestnut I think.
Reply:I'd go with chestnut. This would all be resolved if, instead of fancy names, they used the pigment names which are always the same.
