OK, I am a Cosmetologist. NO greens, oranges, purples, blacks, or bright yuck colors like that! I hope people are kidding. And no Pink Shimmer. You look like a little girl when you do that. OK lets start Fresh. Some browns but lightish. Kind of like tan and light brown. Put a skin color right below the brow and believe it or not, it brings out your eye color. People will notice. and a little bit of light light brown right under the eye. If you want eye liner, put some light brown really close (not in the eye but close) on the top eye lid halfway. Reply:the color of your eyes has little to do with it. What colors are you wearing? Is it daytime or night time? Are you light complected or dark complected? What kind of lifestayle do you have? What age group are you in. All of this has to do with the color you wear on your eyes.

Reply:My eyes are that color. I wear the browns, burgundy's, and pinks. Always a light light shade on my whole lid then a darker color starting from my outer corners going in, in a sideways v shape. Im trying to use other colors though. And have just been told last week to try purples, greens, and blues. You can do the black too. Also shimmer type shadows tend to put a sparkle in your eye.
