Reply:When I was a chef we used to buy the prepared marron pate, with vanilla and sugar from France, then mix in the liquer and fold in the whipped cream, if your making Mont St Michel, there is a device that you can squeeze the mixture out of it looks like spagetetti, and then you top it with more whipped cream and a piece of candied or preserved marron, they come either in sugar syrup or in brandy, it is up to you, but it is a ncie easy and fun dessert to impress your friends with.
